Jason Ioane is a fictional character from the TV series Baywatch Hawaii. He was played by actor Jason Momoa from 1999 to 2001 and in the 2003 reunion movie Baywatch: Hawaiian Wedding.

Originally from Hawaii, Jason moved to Texas with his mother when he was very young after his father disappeared. At nineteen years old, he was the youngest of the lifeguards at Baywatch Hawaii. Out of all of them, Jason found it the hardest to work as part of a team and was instinctive and headstrong, hating to wait and plan before beginning rescues. He was often cited as the best water person on the team.

Thanks to Hawaiian teammate Kekoa Tanaka, Jason was introduced to a wise Hawaiian man named Ko Lani who helped put him in touch with his Hawaiian heritage, something that Jason became very passionate about. Eventually, he was accepted as one of the Hawaiian people and went through a traditional ceremony to mark it.

After a rocky first encounter, he developed a good-natured bickering friendship with J.D. Darius and was later close friends with Zach McEwan. Not surprisingly, Jason's favorite pastime is surfing.

In Baywatch: Hawaiian Wedding, Jason is first seen in a relationship with Kekoa Tanaka but during the wedding ending scene he is seen together with Leigh Dyer after Kekoa and J.D reunite.
